How does the yearly discount work?
Pick yearly billing and you pay 10× the monthly rate instead of 12× — that's 2 months free. Billed once upfront, applies to all three plans.
What happens when I cross my plan's user cap?
We'll let you know when you're at 90% capacity and help you upgrade to the next tier. No surprise billing — you'll never be auto-bumped.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrade is instant + pro-rated. Downgrade applies at the next billing cycle.

Where is my data stored?
On Supabase (Postgres + storage). You can request a full export at any time, no questions asked.
Do employees know they're being tracked?
Yes. Horaflow is a transparent tracker — the desktop agent is visible, employees clock in/out themselves, and the tray icon makes the recording state clear.
Can I cancel?
Monthly: cancel any time, takes effect at next renewal. Yearly: pro-rated refund on the unused months minus a small admin fee.
